Lets start off with the basics,
There are two types of ninjas in cod4, the ninja sniper, and the shadow ninja. (i'll show you how to be a shadow ninja in my next thread )

Yeah i know, but if you combine it with glitch spots and tricks and be really stealthy you can get some sweet kills!
