Get into the habbit of swapping your pistol for a gun on the floor.
Perk 1: bandoleir
Perk 2 (optional): stopping power (recommended) or UAV jammer
Perk 3: steady aim
Side arm: M9 (with silencer)
Special grenade: Flashbang or Smoke (recommended)
