I have noticed on xbox live when i was playing cod4 headquarters, when a guy spawned where my team spawned and killed us all,this has happened several times to me in one day!!
Glitch, Happens to me in HQ too on Ps3, i'll be defending around a corner and next thing i know i get knifed, watch the killcam and he just spawned right behind me. I think the spawn AI is messed up as it's spawned me on several of my own martyrdoms before.
spawns have been broken. always have most likely will have problems in the next game. nothing better than clearing a room of a team, turning around to move on and have them all respawn on their dead bodies and kill me
