1) sprint jump on friends head, then jump on the wood ledge.
2) Hop squat on the window ledge. make sure your on the outerside of the window ledge.
3) then strafe jump th the peice of wall that sticks out on the left of you.
4) just jump to the wood part of the awning.
and their you have it.
