Shouldn't this work or is the name of the vision for cod4 different?

I think the name of the vision in cod4 is different but correct me if I am wrong.

You cant bind that in cm and mp.
but i think there is a way to bind it in a .cfg patch tho.

i dont think the "exec vision/aftermath.visions" the / between the vision aftermath
well work in coding

I've tried visions but when I push th button to activate it, it says unknown CMD for a bunch of different dvars lol
