erm, Visual Basics is the program, VB.NET is the custom Visual Basics Language and there's others in it like C# C++.
but it sucks anyway, doesn't encrypt the text as good as Visual Studio, you can see textBox text e.g, you should try using Visual Studio, it's exactly the same as Visual Basics but just better security and you should also try coding in C#.. here's how you would code that VB.NET Example i showed you in C#

it's easy once you get to know it, in VB.NET it's limited so theres not as much things you can do.
