Well, a C4 is considered an explosive so, I guess it does.

yea it does. if you have bomb squad it will show a skull for claymores and c4.

Don't know, but I use it everytime I plant the bomb, and over half the time my team wins-because the other team thinks they'll blow up--funnier than sh)t
