Then cd desktop, if it still says that, type cd ..
You need to have the folder called pack on your desktop when you do cd pack

ohh i didnt have a folder called pack. but now when i type offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0
it says offzip is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

you put both of the files in the pack folder. offzip.exe and packzip.exe go in the folder called pack. the folder called pack is on your desktop.
