if your able to perform this ya like the ****ing beast at hacking because you cant change xp earnings threw cvars and commands theres no way.. the only possible way i can think of is if u mod or make your own game type and each kill is like multiplied by like 50 lol i have no clue what i just said but hey man good luck and keep us posted on your findings....
