put all r2 to open menu pres l1r1 to navegate meny r2 close menu etc but i click r2 and no cant open menu

does it still say when you spawn the welcome message and does it say i need to be verified at the top left?
oh you must not have a clan tag in, if you do quit game and delete your savedata
