If you mean doing it on the ps3 then no because the ps3 doesn't have trophies for COD4. However, if you are talking about the 360 and for some reason mentioned trophies instead of achievements then I'm not completely sure. I have never tried to find a way to skip past the campaign mode. It doesn't take long to beat. I'm sure you could just put it on recruit and beat the game in 2 hours max.
