(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have my friend over and he brought his cod4 and ps3 I'm trying to fix the downloading game settings by unplugging my Ethernet cord and then turning off my router. it works for 1 ps3 but then the one that was working gets download game settings again is there a way to fix it so we can play? on both ps3's.

I was able to play cod 4 on two ps3s when i just had att dsl elite, but after switching to att uverse i started getting that message.

I bought new router yesterday (i'm netgear fanboy) DLINK and YES - i'm back to playing COD4 again and can connect to MW3 with NO PROBLEMS! (took me 1 year to solve it).
I have been configuring my netgear hundreds times to get COD4 to work (downloading game settings) - NO LUCK. So i kept playing MW2 until i get MW3, but then got MW3 by post and - FAIL.
CONNECTING TO ONLINE SERVICES was on the screen for 5 hours. I was literally crying (no, a joke). So this made me to go get another router (a friend was keen to borrow one for few hours). Yes, got DLINK now (anyhing but not netgear) and EVERYTHING is up and running. So please, get another router (borrow/buy) plug it in, set up your broadband and give it a go - you WILL play this games again! YEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAA!!!
