look in the stickied thread "All ps3 Patches" if scroll down far enough there is the pkg, then use Filezilla or what ever you use to add the modified patch

I can compile you a modded pkg, but therese no point the only way you could install it is by being on 3.55 cfw or jailbroken 3.41, Ive tryed installing it through proxy server but it wont work

What you mean proxy server? Like replacing the official patch with the modded one?
