no not unless you, delete the patch and play with others with hacks, then you can use the XP hack.
The only hacks you can get online with patch is:

1. allows you to change ANY game type to oldschool.
2. allows you to pick a class in oldschool modes.
3. ufo mode.
4. super jump.
5. HUD in hardcore/team switching.

man look around or use the search button rather than making a new thread pointless yes theres rank hacks but you have too find them on here

Other hacks which are working after patch:

Define game options.

Headshots only etc just like in private match. I was playing cage online just now patched, with another guy we were doing headshots only. I couldnt kill him unless it was a headshot.

i did get passed the patch but i want to play online(with other ppl who also got passed the patch) to rank up
