1. Make new folders in your flash drive (PS3->SAVEDATA)
2. Extract the folder that was in the winrar archive
3. Drag the folder in SAVEDATE
4. Plug USB into PS3
5. Go to the game section, scroll up to Save Data Utility (PS3)
6. Click X
7. Click your USB
8. Find the cod4 file, triangle copy
9. Start up cod4 go to private and you have the menu (if not repeat steps 5-9)
