to answer your first question, no the best thing to god mode on the 1.3 patch is UFO.
and second question, no you need to bypass the patch to get xp hack to work.

Ah, that sucks.
I can't get the bypass thing to work though, I live in a small country where the highest is 4MB or so (I have 2MB) and it takes about 12 seconds to sign in once. Is there a way to do it quickly and not have to (probably) do it at least 1,000 times for it to work? I've tried it for about 20 minutes in the past and it still didn't work.
