enable_art (my fav. looks like pc graphics)
oldschool_settings (host and change clantag in lobby before every match starts)
hardcore_settings (same as oldschool)
default_splitscreen (radar always on,3 kills for airstrike, 5 for heli, must host, same as two above)
Default_systemlink (change teams)
Thats all i can think of right now.

I tried using default_splitscreen but it didnt work when i join a game. i tried going to options but still no luck. this is my CM floder

As far as my experience shows, only one cfg in buttonsConfig can be recognised, so therefore you can only have one on at a time. However, it's worth testing as I've only tried a limited number of combinations.
On another note I tried the default_splitscreen hack, set out like:
set gpad_buttonsConfig "default_splitscreen"

set gpad_button_rstick_deflect_max "1"
set r_gamma "1"

set input_invertPitch "0"
set input_viewSensitivity "1"

And followed the instructions by hosting and changing my clan tag. The game changed to a team deathmatch at backlot and I could swap teams. So part of the hack worked but the radar wasn't on and after about 2 minutes the game ended and everyone else in the game froze.
Any ideas on what went wrong?
