When playing in multiplayer, the glitches work (laser, no clip,..etc)

But i finally bypassed the 1.30 update, i haven't changed any of the settings and i host a cage match but it take a while for someone to join. Then when the match starts, i pick the first class, don't press anything... then once the match starts i press select, then RIGHT on the D-PAD and nothing happens.

What am i doing wrong???

i cant bypass...ive tried so many times...other people say u need like 60+ friends...is that true or is it just luck, whether it lets u in or not

You do not need 60+ friends thats a lie. I have done it took me like 1hour 30 mins to do it and i only have like 20+ friends. Bypassing the patch is just plain luck. Just keep trying you will eventually get in.
