1. Go to cmd.exe (Command Prompt) and type in "ipconfig" you should see your IP address which will look like 176.15.0.9 (I made that up) Remember that or just keep cmd.exe in the background.

2. Then you need a thing called PS3 Proxy there is two of this program one for Windows XP and one for Windows Vista.
You must login or register to view this content. :-:-: Vista PS3 PROXY (I think this also works for XP but im not sure)
Set it up to a new folder in My Documents because its hard to find the PS3 PROXY SERVER.EXE.

3. Open up PS3.ProxyServer.GUI.exe and type in your IP address of your computer now leave that for now.

4. Turn on PS3 go to network settings/internet connection and go on Custom do all your settings as you would but when it gets to Use Proxy press yes.

5. Type in your computers IP address and your done with that, it will ask you after that to enable/disable UPnP just press enable. After that it will say test connection.

6. Now go back to your computer and you should have PS3 PROXY minimised at the bottom and press the START button on Proxy Setting tab. Now you can test connection on ps3 if it gets everything ok and you can sign in then thats good.

7. Delete your Call Of Duty 4 Game Data File and go onto The Game.

8. When it asks you to update press yes and at about 3 percent press O to cancel. Go back to your Computer or Laptop and press on the Logs tab and there should be a link looking like http.b0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/blah blah/BLES00blah blah/blah blah/blahblah.pkg?product=00XXX(X is numbers for region they will already be there) Download that and your done youve got the patch!!

nice tut but basically just copied the ps3 proxy tut posted about 50 times and then added 2 lines.

Lol and it dont mean nothing if you cant use it to get online and hack again...

there is already like 3 tutorials on this

what there is other tuts so i wasted my time writing that from scratch oh shet

when i download the proxy it opens with an online program ?
