CANT GET INTERNET CONNECTION TO SUCCEED THOUGH.....
I EDiTED THIS THREAD BCAUSE DEZIREDS WAY ACTUALLY WORKS....
IF YOU HAVE SIGNING IN OR INTERNET PROBLEMS THOU STATED HERE!!

but wont everything go ofline then and if that happens you dont have an ip adress therefor proxy canot work ? what is your internet set up ? as in do you have a modem and a router or an all in one modem/router?

i have a sky broadband (netgear router/modem)

and no ur ps3 should still be able to recieve the item as it can still can connect locally, and u get signed out off psn wen u try downloading the patch anyway so it doesnt matter, i duno if im sounding complivated but it actually isnt very difficult

so this fixes my problem then

and use the internet on ur ps3?

as what ive listed is what u need when ur placing the patch back onto your ps3.

i do understand what your saying , its just i cant get this to work . its just the bit about going in local only i mean i can get my laptop in local only but it needs to be your ps3 doesnt it ? unless ! i might of just thought of a way to do it lol but ill try tommorrow gotta be up in like 5 hours for work lol thanx for the help.

i just cant get the edited patch on the ps3 every thing else i can do , i can use proxy to download it to my laptop , and if i dont edit it i can use proxy to put it onto my ps3 its just as soon as i change anything in the patch it wont go on ?

if u can put ur laptop into local that puts ur ps3 into local aswell

also try tht if ur still having problems ill keep tryin to solve them but for me if was quite striahgt forward also which tut u using dezireds orginal post or the one he has now?

or you using lunit45's?

ok i found that it my new save game data which i hexed and searched the code if that helps, i think that was right for dezired tut, ill explain more in morening once outta bypass as ill ahve to re do process again and if tut video sint up ill try make one myself.
