It's been hot fixed so no patch is required. There will be a full IW patch soon however, to stop the hack from happening again. As it stands there are still ways to do UFO after the hot fix, but they are highly experimental and not so straightforward as the original. If you want to know more, search around this forum. I'll say no more...
