(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); has anyone hacked/edited the patch? please be honnest and does it work because ive done evrything (changed the 45 to 00 and the other code the first 07 or the number under 0f to 21 got it back on to my ps3 installed etc went into a ranked game and it didnt work i used the code createfx) is this because that code has been hotfixed and has nothing to do with the patch or im missing some of the code that needs to be changed in the patch? do other codes work? plz thanks

From what I've heard is that everyone that has tried this got an error when they upload their edited patch to their ps3 via proxy ...
Because of the encryption of the patch ...

What he's basically asking is has anyone managed to be able to edit/hack the patch so that it allows you to use codes online e.g the UFO hack.

To my knowledge no. I have read and had strong views on several claims to have done it, but nobody has yet really proved it.

It seems to be the code that's the problem. Like SieRoX said, the patch is encrypted and so any attempt to modify it result in an error on installation. People (including myself) have successfully installed a non-hacked patch through PS3.proxy, but that's fairly useless. It's how you edit the patch- I believe the correct codes are in dezired's premium tutorial, but I'm not sure and I don't know if they work either....
