I did this on shipment the other day and it worked. So to be safe perferably try it on shipment. First get a helicopter which isn't that hard in shipment. Next call the chopper then get killed. Then get a five kill streak. With a five kill streak your every time you helicopter gets a kill it gives you an airstrike. It does the same thing with UAV's.
