Nope, you need to be host to enable these hacks. (Going to options and backing out, or the clan tag in lobby.)
Don't know what one it is for each code.
Overall the codes are hopeless, as everyone will have the same rules.

it does'nt matter, it does the same thing if your host or not. the radar however you will need to be host.
