the only things i cant get to work is the toggle on the XP and the timescale hack. anyone got a solution?

Yes, you should keep it under 1kb ...
But I usually make mine so that it's around 800 bytes ...

For the toggle for the timescale use this:

bind DPAD_UP "toggle timescale 3 1"

As for the XP scale. I suggest (just a suggestion) to have just one scale and put a "give radar" cmd on to a bind.
There fore you can use the "give radar" command to reach rank 12 (I think) and then you can use the 2500 XP Scale ...
But I'm not that familliar with those XP codes ... Don't need em and never used them before lol ....
You can ask one of those clan's in here. One of them also used a toggle for the XP scale (Not sure wich clan it was though )

And do you really want these to go in?

Al it does is it won't allow anyone to have kill streak rewards like UAV, Air strike, Helicopter .....
You could take those out aswell (unless you want those)

And you also don't need these:
(scr_sd_scorelimit 0) !!! ---> Unless you want to plant the bomb the whole time !!! or I'm confused with the scr_sd_roundlimit
scr_dm_numlives 0
