If you call in a heli and then die the kills the heli gets will still add to your score but not towards a uav. If you get a heli and then wait after you die then the kills the heli gets will go towards a uav and airstrike and another heli

yeah it doesnt add towards your ability to get air support and UAV...but it still counts towards a kill streak.
