An Isp is Internet Service provider, most people get host because they have a really good connection. If you want to go through the trouble of getting a new ISP go ahead or you could just try running some speed tests when you try to join a game.

but if you do the speed test method and have crappy connection game will end because it your connection isnt good enough

nooooo you can lag switch then join a match and you will be host 99% of the time

but dont forget to cut it off so the game can start iv done this with wired and wireless
