Sometimes you can't get host when you bypass, happens to alot of people.

Try restarting your internet connection.

Unplug you modem for 15 seconds and retry.
Also if you can, Make sure nothing else is accessing the internet, Like your computer etc, Just turn your CP off.

I would restart the ps3 if that is not what tck meant.
