XP HaX- Host a cage match then when the countdown stops Hold down L2 and R2 at the same time.

the thing at the bootom that says to activate the no bypass mode doesnt work. I cant bypass so i just redownloaded the patch but i did the options O thing and it isnt working what do i do to get these online?
