(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just a little something for you all, not much really but I know I find it useful.

This is the EBOOT_MP.ELF (decrypted EBOOT_MP.BIN) file from the COD4 disc. No one has ever posted it, mainly because only a few people have the keys for NPDRM decryption :shh:

Really nothing too special about it, you can search for game functions by opening in HxD and searching text with the function name (leave out any parentheses). So maybe useful for finding new magicbullet functions  Also it contains a ton of dvar names, maybe some new stuff can be found there as well Smile

You can also study this to see how the game loads fastfiles (and other game files), this is the executable the PS3 reads when loading call of duty 4 multiplayer.

Oh, and for 3.55 users/people who are curious about trying stuff out, you can execute external CFG files or bind buttons through it as well Smile

For MW2? I have the disc .self decrypted, problem is that the 1.13/1.12 can't be decrypted so we can't see how they stopped GSC's from loading :(

can you upload the disc .self plssssssssss!

and they removed the gsc compiler that compiles gsc's dynamically for mp and pre-compiled them in the executable according to a very well known xbox modder who has gotten online GSC mods on 1.13 on xbox working!

Yea, I don't know if I have it, I'll decrypt it later and PM it to you.

They do use NPDRM protection... Can't you remember why black ops was modded through the EBOOT? They just update the keys for it. They never changed any previous to black ops. The reason we can decrypt the NPDRM 3.55 and below is because of Geohot. (Got the root key) which meant we could use system calls to run decrypted system files i think, thanks to graf.
