There's a couple of things I noticed about this "hack".
1) It doesn't work for me :p
2) CoD4 doesn't return my stick settings and button settings to "default" when I use this code, unlinke using "createfx" after the hotfix.
3) The game lags slightly when I press O to get out of options, possibly meaning it is reading a command.

I think this hack could work with a bit of tweaking and I think Lunit's old method may have something to do with it. I'll have a look around and report my findings
