I put the codes in my cm , mp and, bypassed cod4 with the save loading however none of the hacks are there. It's been a while since I've done gpado hacking for cod4 so maybe i'm doing something wrong?

yep these codes have not got set infront of them you need to put set in front of the following:

set cg_hudchatposition 5 250
