Well, the only thing that caught my eye was this:

    bind BUTTON_RTRIG say ^1welcome ^5 to ^4SniperZz ^7Lobby"

First of all, you don't need to put a space after the "^5" and you only put one quote.. I thought it should be like this:

    bind BUTTON_RTRIG "say ^1welcome ^5to ^4SniperZz ^7Lobby"

OH! so it is binded together to make it neater
