What i do is

click cod4
overwrite cod4 save data
skip patch and cinematics
multiplayer
click online
wait till it says downloading game settings
then sign in while it spams downloading game settings
then you should be able to play cage match with your hacks

Using the patchblocker and proxy servers are much easier in my opinion.

The elitemossy patch blocker is just like the patch blocker but it doesnt sign you out which is better but i still suggest you use resistance fall of man because its better and easyier so you dont have to delete your patch and lose your map packs if you had any.....
