Alright firstly, you can find almost any hack for bypassing in this thread You must login or register to view this content.

Secondly to password protect a game you have to bind the code For example:

bind BUTTON_BACK "g_password (your password)"

EX: bind BUTTON_BACK "g_password cook69"

So then the person that you want to play with, has to have this code in his MP:

set password "(Your password)"

EX: set password "cook69"

Follow the tut exactly it worked for me
