(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When i download the ps3 proxy and try to open it, it opens in notepad. I tried to open it with other programs but it was pointless. What program am i supposed to open it with? Do i need to have anything downloaded like winrar or anything?

Ps3 proxy is itself a program. (I believe.)
Make sure your opening the correct file.
