I Made A New Online ID For My PS3 And When I Try Go On Call Of Duty Online It Says Online Service Is Disabled Due To Perant Ristrictions And There Is No Perant Restrictions On My Account.

My Main Account G-brad Works Fine Online And I Dont Get This Message Can Anyone Help Me.

Make sure the new one is a Master account. If it isn't then it is a sub-account to your main account. Go to your main account and click account management, then sub account management and turn off parental controls. If that doesn't work then I don't know whats wrong, and you probably have to create a new account.
