Try not to make it too fast you want bind BUTTON "timescale 7.0" MAX any faster and it will break the game....sort of

try bind DPAD_UP "timescale 7.0" to speed it up and bind DPAD_DOWN "timescale 1.0" to slow it down

you can change the binds to make them work for your codes
