I don't think it's possible because all of these UFO hacks, noclip and so on come from single player and hardcore_settings come from multiplayer obviously. It wouldn't be possible to have unlimited skips or only get shipment, unless you scratched your CoD4 disk so much that it only loads shipment and skips all of the other maps. That is the only way I know how to force a map. I may be wrong though.
