I don't have a clue, i wish i could help you, but i haven't tried it for myself yet, theres no UK 1.2 patch, so haven't had the need to look into it.

use the third tab and enter the URL of the patch and your hacked patch location on your PC

nah there is ps3 proxy revers, it comes with the proxy

not everone has it though
