For me that choice would be a silenced MP5. Most rifles could work but I prefer a sub-machine gun for its mobility. I also think the M9, USP, or the M1911 are the best silenced pistols. I recomend not using the desert eagle.

Second you would want to choose perks that keep you invisible. The perks you should choose are perk 1- anything you like, perk 2- UAV Jammer, perk 3- dead silence. Now these perks should keep you invisible unless you are face to face with the opponent.

Third you want to pick your grenade. I would say that smoke is the best, but all of them do great for this class.

TIPS
When you are moving place to place, try to keep crouched and when you are turning a corner, always try to aim then take the corner slowly. You need to know your map. What I mean by this is that you need to know the places no one goes and how to get out of a busy area. Another tip is to keep moving. You need to keep going from place to place because if you kill someone, most likely they will come back to get you. So in this situation, get in a spot that covers the entrance to that building or area, wait 30 seconds, then keep moving on.

Also, when you get someone, you should wait 4 seconds before moving on because of the grenade perk. From there just keep on going. If you camp, wait 1 minute the go on.

most of this is common sense... but if i wanna add something useful... always stay next to a wall instead of out in the open. when you need to reload do so prone in a bush...
