I want to host some challenge lobbies with my friends on ranked matches without bypassing because they don't know what the fuck to do to bypass and they are too lazy to bypass.

The only other way to host a challenge lobby would require a jailbroken PS3. Unless you have one of these, there's nothing you can do except to try and teach your friends how to bypass :/
