I don't know. I have the same problem. Some times all the codes work and sometimes only two do.

I have tried:

1. copying the CM and MP files again
2. restarting PS3 and recopy Saved Game Data from flashdrive
3. Getting new Saved Game Data so I can start over
4. Buying new flash drive
5. Trying other hacks

For some reason, none of these work and hacks I have been doing for a week, suddenly don't work right. (only two codes work)

I wish I had an answer for you, but unfortunately, I have the same problem right now.

well i tried a diff set of codes, and at least now i can turn the game into s nd d everytime, with unlimited ammo so thats the main hacks working really
