there is a way, go to crossfire and get on the roof and you'll see bloc and just jump on to the outside of it

doubt it i have tried many ways they put an invisible wall around all of it. but on the off chance you do find it make a video

Iv herd you can get under bloc through the statue but i dont know exactly how to do it. good luck id help you but I dont have a PS3 im on 360. ....red ring sucks =(
