First of all choose a class with RPGs and get you RPGs in your hand ready.
Next set up the freeze jump, if you don't know how, there will be a tutorial on the site, you just need to search
Next hold a grenade. The crosshairs should pulse 4 times, and think of the 5th as it blowing up.
Right before the grenade is about to blow up, press select and go into freeze jump.
Hold R1 and unfreeze, you should die and effectively drop your RPG shell and it will freeze in a cloud of smoke and it will be very laggy
