So I Downloaded PS3UPDAT.PUP And Decryted It And Did Some Binary Work And Found Out That This Isnt Just For The PS3 Update This File Contain's All The Updates For PS3 Games! My Old Idea Of Swapping Cod4 Patches Was A Completly Stupid Compaired To This!

And By Editing PS3UPDAT.PUP And Removing This "EP0002-BLES00154_00-CALLOFDUTYPATCH1-PE.pkg" And Saving The EDITED File To My Computer And Redirecting The Download To My Desktop

It doesn't just happen like that. PUP file decryption isn't something you can just "do". It would take months for a full decryption of the 3.0 firmware then you'd have to re-encrypt it and install it to the PS3 without error. If it couldn't be done with a CoD4 patch file how could it possibly be done so quickly with a complete firmware update?

LoL Open It With Hex Editor!

That's not decrypting it! It's encrypted in the hex hence why none of it makes sense when you open it in a standard ASCII processor like wordpad or notepad. The file still requires huge amounts of decryption afterwards to make sense of the hex strings. I think you've just metaphorically shot yourself in the foot here because if you thought that opening a file in a hex editor simply decrypts; it then the whole premise of your "hack" is flawed.
