1.start cod4(with hack),cancel patch
2.sign in (XMB) while it shows logos e.t.c.
3.sign in 1 time,second time sign in ,wait 3 seconds,then cancel....
4.Skip them,go to multiplayer and then it says"Reading HDD" quick sign into XMB
5.If it fails press "play online" and try 6 times!!!
6. if you have over 45+ friends it should work!: Sad Awesome

Sounds pretty confusing, there more simple bypasses out there.

Go to save data (Game) ,delete a file named "call of duty 4". if its size is 12mb its the right one!
