EDIT: Misinterpreted the question. To get the 1.30 patch back you must have had it saved n a USB and then copy it back to the PS3. If you didn't have it on the USB, then I don't think you can get it back on PS3. Sorry . But you can still bypass 1.40 (its easier IMO).
