No you will still have your stats .. but if you delete your game data you will lose the map pack (if you had it). But can download it again from download manager ...

Stuff you mean map packs for cod4, Then no you have to reinstall them. Any game which you have downloaded extra add-ons for like Cod5 map packs. if you delete the gamesaves your have to reinstall them as any game

Try different bypassing methods. Also try lagging your connection. Sometimes bypassing certain ways deletes the hacks you added with your flash drive

Lag your connection by lagswitch, Proxy or Using a speedtest or download something.
