This is what happend I threw a c4 because it was headquaters in the HQ room I didn't die I pressed RT and it didnt explode Was it like a little glitch or something?

could have been lag switched at that time, i did this to a couple people and we found that i switch is press within a half second the signal doesn't get to the c4 kinda sux, but woulda just been lag.
